Colour & Photo’s

We try our very best to photograph products as accurately as possible but colour variation can occur. Take note that the colour of photos look different depending on devices being viewed on so it is always best to look at them on multiple devices and screens.

The thing we love about hand dyed yarn is that every skein is unique. This means that no 2 skeins are exactly the same, even more so between different dye lots. Order enough yarn for your project as the next order will be slightly different. When using more than one skein in a project it is highly recommended to alternate skeins. Check out YouTube there are 1000’s of video’s on how to do this.

Yarn Skein vs Balled

We ship yarn in skeins [loose, oblong-shaped twist]. Skeins are the best way to store yarn as it is not under tension and will not loose elasticity. It is also a great way to better see the colours within the yarn.

We do offer a yarn balling service at extra cost, but also check out at your favorite store for yarn swifts and ballers.
